AR Approves Proposal for Revision of the Forestry and Wildlife Law

The assembly of the Republic (AR) approved, this Wednesday, the 22nd, in general and by consensus, the Proposal for the Revision of Law no. 10/99, of 7th July, Forestry and Wildlife Law, for harmonization – it with the political-legal frameworks on decentralized and deconcentrated governance, land, environment, territorial planning and biodiversity conservation.

A Assembleia da Republica (AR) aprovou, esta quarta-feira, dia 22, na Generalidade e por consenso, a proposta de revisão da lei n 10/99, de 7 de julho, lei de Florestas e Fauna Bravia, para harmonizá-la com os quadros político-legais sobre a governação descantralizada e desconcentrada, terra, ambiente; ordenamento territorial e conservação da biodiversidade.
