On October 11 and 12, in the city of Beira, Sofala province, technicians from the Provincial Environmental Services and Directorates and the Technical Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment were trained on the new Ministerial Diploma for the implementation of Biodiversity Offsets in Mozambique (DIPLOMA 55/2022), with the aim of raising awareness among the institutions of the Ministry of Land and Environment (MTA), Provincial Environmental Services (SPA), Provincial Territorial Development Directorates (DPDTA) and the National Agency for Environmental Quality Control (AQUA) and the Technical Assessment Commission (CTA).
